Keto Lunch Recipes - W8MD's Approach

Benefits of a Keto Diet

1. Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of turkey breast
  • 3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Lay out the turkey breast slices on a flat surface.
  • Spread ranch dressing over each slice of turkey.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the ranch dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll up each slice of turkey and cut into pinwheels.

2. Keto Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Arrange mixed greens on a plate.
  • Top with crumbled bacon, sliced avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and crumbled blue cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad.

3. Keto Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the tuna salad into the avocado halves.

4. Keto BLT Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions:

  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  • Spread mayonnaise on each lettuce leaf.
  • Top with cooked bacon and sliced tomato.
  • Roll up each lettuce leaf into a wrap.

5. Keto Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of romaine lettuce
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing

Instructions:

  • Arrange romaine lettuce on a plate.
  • Top with sliced grilled chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad.
