Nocturnal sleep-related eating disorder (ns-red) is a condition in which an individual eats during the night while asleep. This can result in excessive calorie consumption and weight gain, as well as disruptions in sleep. Ns-red is often seen in individuals with sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea or restless legs syndrome, and can also be caused by other factors, such as stress or anxiety.
