The program was founded in 2001 by Laura Monica, a fitness trainer who wanted to create a fitness program that was centered around Christian values. WholyFit incorporates stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercises, as well as meditation and prayer. The program is suitable for all fitness levels and can be done at home or in a group setting.
