Breast milk or formula

Breast milk and formula are both options for feeding newborn babies. Breast milk is the recommended choice as it provides all of the nutrients a baby needs and contains antibodies that help protect against infections. Breast milk is also easier for a baby to digest and may help reduce the risk of allergies and certain health conditions. However, some mothers are unable to breastfeed or choose not to. In these cases, formula is a safe and effective alternative.
