Polyunsaturated fats, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, are also considered healthy fats because they can help to improve cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fatty fish, such as salmon, as well as in flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts. Omega-6 fatty acids are found in liquid vegetable oils, such as corn oil, safflower oil, and soybean oil.
