Dyslipidemia is a medical condition characterized by abnormal levels of cholesterol and/or triglycerides in the blood. It can increase the risk of heart disease and other health problems. Maintaining a healthy weight, eating a balanced diet, and staying physically active can help reduce the risk of dyslipidemia and other related health issues.
