The stillman diet is a type of diet that was popularized in the 1960s by dr. Irwin stillman. The diet involves consuming large amounts of lean proteins, such as meat, fish, and eggs, while limiting the intake of carbohydrates, fats, and other foods. While the stillman diet may lead to short-term weight loss, it is not a recommended or healthy way to eat in the long term. Consuming large amounts of protein can be harmful to health and may increase the risk of chronic health conditions, such as heart disease and certain types of cancer. It is important to work with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian to ensure that your diet meets your specific needs and is safe for your health.
